
How it works
Your dedicated immigration testing case manager will support you and/or your clients through the entire testing process. We handle everything, keeping it simple for you.



Provide us with the details of each person being tested, their location and their relationship to each other.

Your assigned case manager will provide you with a rapid quote and details for the testing.

Once payment (by credit card or bank transfer) is received, we will notify the clinics and/or home sample collectors to get the sampling appointment(s) booked in.

A member of our team, or clinic, will be in touch to arrange an appointment date and time that works for you and your family. You must bring a photographic ID and passport-sized photographs unless advised.

Before testing, each participant’s identity will be checked and verified, documents completed, and a painless cheek swab sample will be collected under a strict chain of custody.

Our global courier partners will collect the sample from the clinic/sample collector and bring this to our laboratory as a priority.

Once the samples are received, we will notify you that testing has started and provide an estimated completion date (depending on the type and complexity of the test)

Your report and supporting documentation will be provided to you or your advisor/solicitor, depending on your request at the point of testing.
